ID Cards
You will not receive a VSP ID card. Your provider will use your Social Security Number to look up your coverage.
Stay In Network to Avoid Surprise Bills
Our vision plan contracts with providers in the VSP network at lower, negotiated rates. This means you pay less when you use a provider in the VSP network. If you go out-of-network, the vision plan will pay up to an allowed amount, and you may be billed for additional costs.
